Stop and smell the roses🌹

Everything in our world is interconnected with waves of energy that we can not see. The subtle bio-energy that flows through all living things, sometimes called chi or life force, can be measured in Hertz.

Choosing thoughts, words, actions, and tools to raise our frequency has been shown to create a positive impact in our lives assisting us in co-creating the life we desire. You may have learned from my videos how emotions that are negative are very low in frequency ranging from 0.2 Hz to 3 Hz on average while powerful emotions such as gratitude and love are above 90 Hz.

So why are roses one of the most popular flowers on Earth as symbols of love, passion, friendship, peace, femininity and more? Have you noticed how the rose flower is all over human lore and even well-known sayings? As in “stop and smell the roses”. It does not say “stop and smell the violets, or the lavender, or the daisies!”.

Let me tell you why. It’s because roses vibrate at the highest frequency, more than any other flower on Earth. Pure extracts from rose can measure as much as 5 times higher as those from her sister plants, like basil and peppermint. This means that it is vibrating on a super high level. And when we are exposed to it, our frequency can rise as well.

I don’t know about you, but I have ALWAYS loved roses. When I was in my late teens and early twenties, I loved using “Eau de Rose Perfume”. I guess my subconscious knew better than I did that when we are exposed to rose essence our frequency can rise as well.

I use to connect with the frequency of roses in many different ways when I perform guided meditations and healings. So you too can connect with it to raise your frequency, even without having it physically, just be evoking its image and perfume.

Other ways in which you can intentionally use this knowledge to help you raise your frequency:

💖 Drink rose-flavored teas.
💖 Create your own rose spray from rose petals and alcohol and spray it in your rooms and on upholstery
💖 Dry rose petals and use them in your ceremonies or to create a potpourri of roses
💖 Grow roses in your gardens and terraces.
💖 Keep roses around in your home
💖 Gift roses
💖 Use rose essential oil topically and in your bathwater.

Practice living to increase your vibrational frequency and use this new knowledge to support you in doing just that. Remember, if you need an energy boost “stop and smell the roses” it literally will enhance your frequency at the cellular level and help you bring you into balance and harmony.

I am, I have, I can, I feel…

I am.

I have.

I can.

I feel.

These are the most powerful statements from which we can actively participate in the process of co-creation.

It is not important if we can’t see yet what we state, because when we think prosperity, wealth, abundance, we can go beyond the thought of what we see, and understand that prosperity in its broadest perspective has its genesis in the unseen.

Play with the above statements with what you desire, as if you were stating the truth in the present tense.

I am enough

I have love

I can choose

I feel vibrant

Create a sacred time and space, you know how to do this, and ponder, contemplate and then write down as many I am, I have, I can and I feel statements as you wish to colorfully activate the feelings and tone of the life you desire….

My statements have been…

I am loved by my husband and sons

I have Divine Guidance

I can fly to Italy

I feel supported

And…. I will be flying to Italy the day after tomorrow!

Is love or fear guiding your decisions?

Love and fear cannot co-exist in the same space. Hope and fear cannot be in our hearts at the same time.

These are times of great turmoil where all our “perceived “ control of our lives has been radically taken away. These tumultuous moments of uncertainty my become our worse demise or our greatest gift: we’ve got a choice to make.

Day after day I am being called to be fully in the present moment. As you know, I am a channel for the Divine and use my gift in my work as a life coach and healer and also for my own becoming. Since the lockdown has started I am being shown only the immediate future and I am being called to stay in the NOW moment.

Choosing to be in the now fully present in this inner journey will bring us the biggest gift; and upon doing so the choice of moving beyond fear and connecting with love, hope and possibility is the most wonderful gift we can give ourselves.

I can almost hear your inner dialogue as you read these lines: “Yes Valerie, very nice words but HOW do I do this when fear takes a grip in my heart and when anxiety chokes my throat or constricts my solar plexus?

I hear you, trust me. I too feel the frequency of the collective unconscious pulling me into fear, anxiety, and more. The answer to this question has several components:

1) Take a stance, choose love, hope, and possibility. State it out loud.

2) Take inspired action to raise your frequency. How does this look? It may be that you stay away of the news other than a few minutes once a day to check where we stand, and that’s it. It may mean that you take more time than ever before to do activities that allow you to listen to your inner divine expression (meditation, journaling, walking in nature, or any other way that works for you!).

3) Be mindful of what you eat. Food is energy and fuels your body. Processed food and carbohydrates, sweets, and sugar will fog your mind and impact your energy and energy bodies as much as your physical resilience to the virus.

4) Use grounding and shielding energy techniques to keep your subtle bodies healthy

5) Keep a schedule. Go to bed and get up at approximately the same time

6) Move your body, dance, walk, practice yoga, or what works for you. Moving your body allows energy to circulate

7) Take time to “slow down and smell the roses” in a way that is an amped version of whatever you may have done until now

I can’t stop listening to this song this morning, I am including the video below so you can listen to it too; it’s called Glorious by One Voice Children’s Choir.

As I finished my morning ritual, my meditation, my prayers, and my sacred time journaling and channeling, this song kept “singing” inside my head and I knew I had to share it.

2020 started on a tumultuous foundation of political upheaval with superpowers versus middle east playacting and the Earth “literally” on-fire! I have learned the hard way that we can’t help transform what is going on by focusing on the disaster since energy flows where focus goes. The more you watch the news and you see images of war, fires, and devastation, the more you are calling in exactly the thing you want to go away.

The Universe answers to feelings. Emotion is the language of creation. My Spirit Guides are leading me to do my part by guiding YOU to call in YOUR life mission and support you as you start living it!

Affirmations to start your day

 

Today I share a tool to support you as you harness the potential available to you as you walk your soulful path.

Anything we think, say or do will effect your life, therefore, it is important to nip the negative inner dialogue in the bud.

When you are going along the day or facing a challenge, what does your inner voice say? Does it encourage you with a “Heck yay, you can do it!” or does your internal critic kick in?

Whenever you find yourself within a negative loop of self-talk, the antidote is to interrupt the pattern and replace it with positive affirmations. Therefore, I want to give you a tool that you can practice every day so you can be ready to transform your inner dialogue to go from defeatist to constructive.

Know that YOU CAN control your thoughts, and that to break the habit of negative thinking you need to switch the channel in your brain to banish the negativity, and replace those thoughts with positive, valid words of wisdom.

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation or goal in the present tense as if the situation has already happened.

The way to use affirmations is to repeat them often as a way to reprogram your brain and motivate your mind to act according to the repeated words. This repetition tricks your subconscious mind to believe these statements and accept them as true, raising  your vibration and creating a positive field to attract congruent events and situations into your life.

I am sharing with you a shortlist of positive thoughts to get you started so that you can then add your own:

* I am a master at what I do
* I genuinely believe in myself
* I love and accept myself just the way I am
* I am grateful for ….. (this goes a long way, create as many as you wish!)
* I have peace and harmony in my life
* I am masterful at accomplishing whatever I set your mind to.

“I am” statements are super powerful. Create as many “I am …” with a positive adjective following the dots, as you can muster. Most of all HAVE FUN and enjoy loving yourself through positive statement affirmations.
