Testimonial by D.P.

Valerie was and is a blessing in my life! She is an amazing medium, healer, coach and an incredible, compassionate non-judgmental person. She is REAL. She helped me heal many of my past issues in a short time. I know that the journey never ends but I definitely feel more powerful and blessed since we’ve worked together.

Especially powerful was the Shamanic Constellation session. She brought much information from my ancestors and my close family members and we cleared past pain originating with my ancestors. It was magical, so many souls came to speak with me through her, about current and past relationships. It was surreal. I felt so connected for days after the session and learned from some ancestors I hadn’t even met about their past and how they are linked through me. I was blessed by them and felt renewed and amazed to have been able to learn and listen to them. There were things Valerie transmitted that impressed me, since there was no way Valerie could have known those things had happened.

I feel grateful to have had this process as now I understand better where I come from and I feel clear and ready to start anew and to be guided by divine intervention.

I had never heard of this type of healing until she suggested it to me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering doing it. It’s a like a weight gets cleared out off your shoulders. I feel reborn and with a fresh new outlook of my past and my future.

We have worked via zoom and its incredible to know that energy flows and that you don’t need to be face to face to feel it in your soul and in your heart.

You do have to say YES and be open to hearing it all!

Thank you, Valerie, for being who you are, for your honesty, your love, your insight, your guidance, for being there for me and for the amazing coaching, tools, and healing you’ve given me in such a short time. I’ve been so blessed to have had the opportunity of working with you and that our paths crossed at the perfect time … Shine Bright!

Affirmations to start your day

Today I share a tool to support you as you harness the potential available to you as you walk your soulful path.

Anything we think, say or do will effect your life, therefore, it is important to nip the negative inner dialogue in the bud.

When you are going along the day or facing a challenge, what does your inner voice say? Does it encourage you with a “Heck yay, you can do it!” or does your internal critic kick in?

Whenever you find yourself within a negative loop of self-talk, the antidote is to interrupt the pattern and replace it with positive affirmations. Therefore, I want to give you a tool that you can practice every day so you can be ready to transform your inner dialogue to go from defeatist to constructive.

Know that YOU CAN control your thoughts, and that to break the habit of negative thinking you need to switch the channel in your brain to banish the negativity, and replace those thoughts with positive, valid words of wisdom.

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation or goal in the present tense as if the situation has already happened.

The way to use affirmations is to repeat them often as a way to reprogram your brain and motivate your mind to act according to the repeated words. This repetition tricks your subconscious mind to believe these statements and accept them as true, raising  your vibration and creating a positive field to attract congruent events and situations into your life.

I am sharing with you a shortlist of positive thoughts to get you started so that you can then add your own:

* I am a master at what I do
* I genuinely believe in myself
* I love and accept myself just the way I am
* I am grateful for ….. (this goes a long way, create as many as you wish!)
* I have peace and harmony in my life
* I am masterful at accomplishing whatever I set your mind to.

“I am” statements are super powerful. Create as many “I am …” with a positive adjective following the dots, as you can muster. Most of all HAVE FUN and enjoy loving yourself through positive statement affirmations.

Lots of love,
Shine bright!

Choose your words…

I am in an on-going journey to learn to be a master of my mind, my thoughts, my actions and my deeds. Yes, it is a great goal but don’t get me wrong, it is also selfish. Please allow me to me explain what I mean.

I have learned of the power of words both unspoken and spoken out loud. Words are powerful sound bytes that when thought in our minds create images and recall emotions and feelings, and when spoken out loud literally send the vibration of its meaning out onto the Universe.

Did you know that we think 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts in a day!!! I am serious!!! And it is up to you on what thoughts you choose to stop and pay attention.

Words thus create a big piece of our reality. You might not notice this in your life until you start to be watchful.

For example, let’s imagine you are having an argument with your partner and you think “I know now he is going to be mad at me” and therefore you start walking on eggshells or saying things in a different way and guess what happens? You guessed right, he got mad.

Another scenario may be that you are putting forth a growth project in your business from which you expect to gain more profit, but as you go about it you keep thinking “it’s not going to work”. Need I say more?

You see, your subconscious does not judge whether your thought is accurate or even helpful; it accepts what you tell it as “fact” and does what it can to make what you told it take place.

Words then become the precursor of “self-fulfilling” prophecies both for good and for bad.

I invite you to start becoming a sever observant of your thoughts and of the words you speak up. Watch for catchphrases where inavertedly you may have spoken a statement that has not happened, that has a time frame in the future, yet you say it as if it were truth.

We are used to looking at what is happening in the present moment and thinking and making statements about what is possible in the future based on the now. This type of thinking creates many limitations and stops you from growing and living the life you dream of.

What’s it going to be? Are you going to overlook this or take it to heart? This is powerful stuff, take me up on it!

Love and light.

“Words are like people, they have their own personalities.”

What Does Femininity Feel Like?

Hello Goddess!

If I were to ask you what does femininity feel like to you what would you say?

If I were to ask you how does femininity show up in your life what would you tell me?

There is a tribe in the Amazon that has inspired me, they call themselves the Achuar people.

The live their tribal lives honoring their feminine and masculine roles.

The feminine role is to create such as make babies, cook, and make a special drink that supplies them with carbohydrates and they are the builders.

The masculine role is to hunt, fish, be a warrior, bring home protein, cut down trees to make shelter, and be the required destroyers who keep the village alive.

Both roles, the feminine and the masculine, are essential.

HOWEVER, the Achuar women have one more role … they tell men when to STOP.

It is the women’s role to tell the men when there are enough trees for shelter and they say: ”You don’t need to cut down any more trees”

Women tell them when they’ve brought home enough fish and the village has enough to eat, they say: “Don’t kill any more fish they say”.

It is a beautiful reminder of collaboration rather than competition, of contribution rather than greed, of trusting the Universe always has our back.

This is what femininity looks like for me:

✿ It means becoming fully available to receive

✿ It means knowing the art of receiving

✿ It means connecting to my soul and letting my intuition guide me

✿ It means trusting in my intuition

✿ It means all my desires for beauty, luxury, relaxation, and self-care are a part of my power

✿ It means leaning into my “sexy woman” (makeup, hair, clothes) without guilt or feeling frivolous

✿ It means being strong and compassionate simultaneously

✿ It means empowering those around us

✿ It means knowing how and when to set boundaries (when to say STOP)

✿ It means knowing sensuality and beauty are part of my essence

✿ It means vowing for collaboration rather than competition

✿ It means choosing contribution rather than greed

I’d love to know what does it mean to you. Would you share in my Facebook group “Unleash Your Inner Power”?

My wish is to empower and inspire you to live with your masculine and feminine side in harmony and balance allowing you to expand and enjoy a fuller richer life.

What is your biggest “hunger”?

What is your biggest hunger telling you?

What is that fire burning inside? Are you listening?

Are you yearning for love and connection? Then let’s do something about this! Let’s go for it! What are you waiting for?

Stop playing the victim.
Stop playing small.
Stop staying in hiding.
Stop pretending you are a fragile doll.
Stop HURTING.

What is it costing you to stay in a place of hiding, hurt and fragile?

Are you ready to take the leap and go for passion? Embrace your power? And truly open up to true love?

I guide women to get ready for love again, and you know what? I love what I do, but I realize it is not only a one on one job. The more of us, women, that connect with LOVE, with our gifts, and are ready to love, the more we can guide our men into the energy of true love.

With our sacred feminine love, we can guide and help men connect with their sacred masculine and heal old karmic wounds freeing them as well to live more balanced lives and allowing their emotions to have a large space in their lives.

I believe that both as women and as men, as we connect with love and get ready for love, we truly impact the world. It sounds like big words, but they are not. It is as simple as the imagery of a drop in the ocean. Yes, a drop is small, but there would be no ocean without drops. The same is true for a grain of sand in a desert.

Love and light!
