When I started working with Valerie I was stuck both financially and relationship wise.
The main topics I wanted to address were that I hadn’t had a relationship in many years, I had a block that has stopped me from receiving financial abundance through my work as a coach and I was carrying a lot of guilt over my marriage, thinking I had destroyed it.
Valerie helped me work through all of it. For example she pointed out that in fact, my ex had rocked the foundations previously, helping me release a lot of guilt with a fresh outlook.
I’m more confident, I am now talking to people asking me about my coaching, and I’ve had men approach me, all of which hadn’t happened in a long time.
Valerie was instrumental in working through the issues and helping me untangle them.
Valerie’s approach and her help pointing out the direction, was very helpful in finding the solutions and working with me so I could release some of the ‘burdens’ I had been carrying for way too long.
I feel as if a lid has been lifted, and lots of ‘stuff’ and memories have come up and keep coming up for me now. I feel the locked gates have been opened and this is freeing and enlightening.
I hired Valerie for a 4 hour intensive; she managed to give so much value in what seems like a short time. Valerie is very approachable, capable, fun and warm.
