I want to ask you a few questions:

I certainly do. I have a morning RITUAL and it is empowering and it has a huge impact in keeping my MINDSET in TOP-NOTCH shape!

I want to share with you what you need to know, mostly the good and the great, but also the bad and the ugly! And specifically I want to share 9 Simple components that you could include in your “Morning Ritual” to Keep your effectiveness in top-notch form!

The difference between ritual and routine.

Why make a point of calling it one way or the other.

Here is the list of components that your morning ritual, which should take place first thing in the morning, could include. It should include at least a few of them and in the video I explain why and how they work:

  1. Meditation
  2. A physical activity  (Yoga, Walks, Run, Gym, Dance)
  3. Sacred rituals
  4. Setting the tone activities such as lighting candles or playing a special soft music
  5. Quiet NOTHING time
  6. Quiet time for Journaling
  7. Emoting
  8. Visualization
  9. Breakfast
