Valerie is highly intuitive & provides loving space for deep healing work.

She is able to dive deep into an issue to resolve the core of the problem which is very transformative and powerful.

I had the privilege to be coached by her and guided through a powerful process where I felt safe, love and healed an important piece of my family dynamics which has transformed my relationship with my family, money and business, ever since!

I would recommend to work with Valerie without hesitation!

When I started working with Valerie I was stuck both financially and relationship wise.

The main topics I wanted to address were that I hadn’t had a relationship in many years, I had a block that has stopped me from receiving financial abundance through my work as a coach and I was carrying a lot of guilt over my marriage, thinking I had destroyed it.

Valerie helped me work through all of it. For example she pointed out that in fact, my ex had rocked the foundations previously, helping me release a lot of guilt with a fresh outlook.

I’m more confident, I am now talking to people asking me about my coaching, and I’ve had men approach me, all of which hadn’t happened in a long time.

Valerie was instrumental in working through the issues and helping me untangle them.

Valerie’s approach and her help pointing out the direction, was very helpful in finding the solutions and working with me so I could release some of the ‘burdens’ I had been carrying for way too long.

I feel as if a lid has been lifted, and lots of ‘stuff’ and memories have come up and keep coming up for me now. I feel the locked gates have been opened and this is freeing and enlightening.

I hired Valerie for a 4 hour intensive; she managed to give so much value in what seems like a short time. Valerie is very approachable, capable, fun and warm.

I would absolutely recommend working with Valerie!

What is a soulmate?

What is a soulmate?

I am sure you’ve heard many say they’d like to find their soulmate, but do we know what a soulmate really is? And how does it differ from our twin flame?

A soul mate is a person for which your soul is attracted to their spiritual essence, we could say they are our perfect match. Contrary to common belief, soulmate relationships, are not necessarily harmonious. However, if you embrace love and the challenge a soulmate brings on, you will both live the experience of a deeply nourishing relationship.

The purpose of a soulful relationship is to ensure your partner expands and lives life in the best version of them. As a soulmate, your mission is to nudge your partner to extend beyond their comfort zones and your mission is to hold the vision for your lives as a couple lived at the highest level.

Soulmates are attracted by our radiant essence and passionate commitment to our soulful purpose. Living our lives in a soulful relationship means that we will be cheered along as we stretch and leap beyond our upper limits. A soulful relationship is one where the attraction is at the level of the soul, the mind and the body, this type of relationship can be challenging at times but always rewarding and fulfilling.

There tends to be a lot of confusion about what a “twin flame” relationship really is. Unlike soulmates which are part of our spiritual family (as I mentioned above, our perfect match), twin flames are our perfect mirrors.

Relationships with twin flames tend to be on-again-off-again, intensely passionate, and sometimes intensely painful. While relationships with our soulmates tend to be in service to a higher spiritual intention and if both souls “remember” the agreement they did before their incarnation, the relationship may be joyful and fulfilling.

It is common to get a tingling feeling or a sensation of déjà vu when we meet our soulmate and our twin-flame for the first time, so make sure you keep your antennas up and your awareness on…. And don’t worry about missing out as we make more than one agreement to ensure we live up to our soulful purpose.

“A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we’re pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we’re safe in our own paradise.” [Richard Bach]

I met Valerie through a woman whose opinion I respect very much. It’s hard to know beforehand if a therapist, coach or guide is going to be able to help us without knowing them personally, but during the first conversation we had, I simply knew through the energy that flowed in our exchange.

Valerie and I had a short phone conversation where together we determined that the best thing for me at the time was to do a 4-hour intensive session which we eventually split into 2 parts on a Saturday and the following Tuesday.

Through her questions and deep analysis, Valerie led me through a series of thoughts and ideas, relating to my life, my current reality, and my emotional obstacles. I couldn’t be more grateful!

With Valerie I was able to break some of my blocks on a couple of topics where I was stuck in my mind, so much so that I couldn’t sleep or think clearly. Valerie went beyond immersing herself in my story, she helped me see the situation form a new perspective which helped me understand how what I was doing hurt me and my loved ones; how I was self-boycotting; and how to do to identify these thoughts and transform them into something positive. I was able to understand the way in which things I had not considered in the past were impacting my present life and how it was hurting my most important relationships. I was able to see how I had not been considering many aspects of some important situations in my life.

I know now something else happened during those coaching sessions: a big “energy stone” moved out of my way. Valerie’s perception and acuity allowed her to understand me not only through what I was sharing with her but also for what she felt and intuited. I will be forever grateful to Valerie for the powerful and deep healing I received, and for helping me open a door inside me, understand better what happens to me and start a new stage of my life now seeing more clearly.

Holding a grudge

Did you know that holding a grudge can be beneficial to you?

I am serious. This is a discovery from the last years of my life. I don’t call it holding a grudge, I call it “simmering”.

Grudges are a part of many people’s lives; people hold grudges against their partner, family members, colleagues, friends and neighbours.

I read many times that grudges are for those who insist that they are owed something; forgiveness, however, is for those who are substantial enough to move on. And herein is my point.

This is how to process a grudge so that it becomes beneficial to you. When you realize that you are holding a grudge allow it to come in, sit with it, SIMMER, mull it over, let it be. Do not act upon it, we tend to think or feel that we must do something about it. This is a tricky part. We tend to want that “grudging” energy to leave but the truth is that it won’t leave unless you simmer through until it becomes a good coffee.

Energy is always circulating, it is not static, so when you allow the grudge to be, when you dialogue with it and ask what it is trying to show you, when you look into your own part of the interaction that created the grudge, when you see the mirror the grudge is showing you, the energy moves and transforms and simmers and distills.

Suddenly in one instant, you don’t feel the grudge anymore. It has dissolved. You don’t need to DO anything, it has simply flowed through you leaving you the lessons from the answers to your questions and observations. Forgiveness comes. You don’t have to give it or do it, it is the natural result of simmering and releasing.

Sure, sitting through the process is uncomfortable. We have not been shown to live THROUGH the E-MOTIONS, we have been taught to suppress them, to deny them, to pent them up. But allowing the e-motion to e-mote, to move, to flow and circulate is liberating.

There you have it. Holding a grudge can be beneficial to youBy not re-acting to it and creating a build up and more re-action, but by simmering in it and let it dissolve, you learn, you grow, your heart expands and you are set free.

I would love to hear your opinion! Let me know your thoughts. Contact me and let us talk!

Love and SHIMMERING light! (LOL)
